Hi Rian, Feedback from customers is important as is "word of mouth advertising" You need to know that Ken & Kyle did a very professional & super job in delivering our new appliances & removing the old ones. They were very careful not to do any damages to the doorways & walls and most important they were very courteous & respectful. On a scale of 1 to 10, my wife & I rated them to be a 12! Likewise, Jason also displayed the same qualities and he too gets a 12 rating! As a retired corporate Director of Human Resources, having 37 1/2 yrs. of "people inter-actions" believe me when I say you’re fortunate to have these men working for Eckley’s.
